Software fixes, cleanups, and diagnostics are often done same day. Hardware repairs vary — some can be done right away, others may require ordering parts. We'll always give you a clear timeframe upfront.

Do you order parts? How long does that take?

Yes — we source quality parts specific to your device model. Part orders typically arrive within a few business days. We'll keep you updated the whole way.

Do you back up my data before a repair?

We always recommend backing up before any repair. Not sure how? We can help with that too — it may just add a little time to the job.

What if my device can't be fixed?

We'll always be upfront. If a repair isn't possible or isn't worth the cost, we'll tell you — and we'll never charge you for work we can't complete. Diagnostics are always free.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes — appointment only, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Fill out the contact form or give us a call and we'll get you scheduled.
